Absolutely. Every ingredient used in our fragrances is sourced directly from verified suppliers at origin. We use only genuine oud oil, pure rose absolute, real sandalwood, and other premium materials. We never use synthetic substitutes in our concentrated formulas.

Our Eau de Parfum formulations typically last 8–12 hours on skin. Our concentrated attars and oud oils can last 12–24+ hours due to their higher concentration. Longevity also depends on skin type, hydration, and application area. Applying to pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbows) maximises longevity.

Attar (or Ittar) is a traditional concentrated perfume oil distilled into a base like sandalwood. Oud oil is pure distilled agarwood oil — one of the most prized ingredients in perfumery. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is an alcohol-based spray with a 15–25% fragrance concentration. Our EDPs blend Eastern ingredients with Western spray convenience.

Our formulas are crafted with high-quality ingredients and are generally well-tolerated. However, if you have very sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, we recommend applying a small amount to your inner wrist and waiting 24 hours before regular use. Yes! We offer sample sets so you can experience our fragrances before committing to a full bottle. Check our "Sample Discovery Sets" in the shop. We recommend sampling especially for our luxury oud and attar collections.

Domestic orders (Pakistan): 2–5 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders". If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel orders.

Yes! We offer complimentary luxury gift wrapping with a handwritten note for all orders. Select the gift wrapping option at checkout and leave your message. Perfect for birthdays, Eid, weddings, and special occasions.

We accept returns on sealed, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the product is defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Include your order number and photos when contacting us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 days depending on your bank.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders. Online payment is processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. We do not store your payment details.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders within Pakistan. Please note that COD orders require a small advance payment to confirm the order. This helps us ensure delivery success and reduce return-to-origin rates.
